New studio apartment. Beautiful views with country living, quiet and peaceful, 1.5 miles to town. Owners on site, friendly but private, no contact unless initiated by you. Walk the neighborhood and enjoy the views in every direction. Can accommodate 2 adults and one child comfortably. This apartment will NOT accommodate 3 adults. May have guests but no parties. Enjoy the starry nights, & beautiful cool mountain days. Private parking in a designated space. Hiking, walking, nature, shopping. Self check in after final payment door code will be given. Entrance via keypad. Apartment, Gazebo, Grill and parking May call us for problems or questions. Country living with the convenience of being close to amenities in town. One and a half miles to the middle of town. Gorgeous Mountain View’s with quiet, peaceful, star filled nights. You may see a bear, deer or even elk. We have seen fox and coyotes as well. Car, bike or walk. There will be an addition $50 charged for cleaning if the trash is not taken out and the dishwasher is not started as instructed in the apartment guide. We love having you but if you track dirt and mud in please clean up after yourself. There is a mop, vacuum, broom and dust pan for your use. Thank you for respecting our home. Please enjoy your stay.
