The glass doors and high ceilings allow natural light to fill the house year-round, while the black-out shades allow you to sleep late or go to bed early if you need to transition to the time change. Fall asleep on the highest quality mattress and linens on one of three king size beds in the three king bedrooms, including a ground floor bedroom. In addition to the 65" HD smart TV in the living room, there is a 150" screen in the movie room for the perfect cinema experience. 4 more HD smart TV’s all with cable channels are located in bedrooms. A high-chair, stroller, and Pack-n-Play are all provided for your use. The house consists of an open living room and dining room connected by glass doors to your private pool in a 2350 square foot pool area, including ample chaise lounge chairs and seating to take advantage of the beautiful southwestern exposure with all-day sun or shaded seating. Use the outdoor kitchen to enjoy barbecue meals. With seating inside and out, there are two great places to enjoy a meal overlooking the beautiful surrounding landscape. The kitchen has polished granite counters and solid wood cabinets and is equipped with stainless steel Bosch appliances, including a wall oven, microwave, 6 burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, and a french door Jenn-Air refrigerator, a drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, electric tea kettle, and a Nespresso coffee & espresso machine. Additionally, there is a 4-slice Cuisinart toaster and Cuisnart blender in a kitchen fully stocked with all flatware, dishes, cookware and utensils. Also on the ground floor of the house is a beautiful bedroom with king size bed for guests not comfortable going up the stairs. On the 2nd floor are two king size suites, one with its own private living room area and minibar, and the other with an ensuite bathroom and a large private terrace overlooking the pool deck and beautiful natural conservation area. The master bathroom has an oversized jet bathtub and separate shower. The stainless steel European showers all have multifunction rainfall options, side jets, and handheld options. The kids Star Wars themed bedroom has 2 bunk beds with 4 single beds and an integrated tube slide, each bed with its own Star Wars theme. The second kids bedroom is Frozen II themed with a carriage bed and twin-over-full bunk bed providing 3 more places to sleep. The kids rooms are connected by an ensuite jack-and-jill full bathroom with bathtub-shower, double sinks and a toilet. In the loft area just next to the kids room is a double gaming station with an XBox One S and Playstation 4. Please note that the pool can be heated for a fee that is equivalent to the energy costs for heating the pool. Please indicate if you are interested in heating the pool at the time of booking. On the lower level of the house is a cinema and game room, including a 150 inch movie screen with integrated Apple TV for streaming movies of your choice, or using Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu and numerous others for sourcing entertainment. There is also a DVD and Blue-ray player if you want to bring your favorites, as well as an HDMI wall jack if you want to bring your own device or game console to enjoy them on a 150-inch screen. The built-in surround sound provides an incredible audio complement to the experience. There is also a billiards table, and double gaming classic arcade station loaded with over 50 classic video games, such as PacMan and Space Invaders, as well as a standing Star Wars arcade machine and Marvel arcade machine in this room. All of this is located in the exclusive Reunion Resort – including 2300 acres of scenic rolling hills on 3 different golf courses, integrated amongst beautiful natural conservation areas, world class amenities including infinity pools, a full-service spa, on-site fine dining and kids activities. A rental agreement, that serves as an entry voucher, is provided to all guests and must be signed to be valid.
