This furnished studio apartment is perfect for short term or long term stays! Although this unit does include furnishings, guests will need to supply bedding (bed is queen sized), towels, any kitchen supplies, shower curtain and anything else you need to make your stay great! If you're looking for something with those items we do have other units available, please just ask! Pets are allowed with a $350 pet fee so please let us know if you plan to bring any pets! The space includes a comfortable full sized bed and smaller living and dining space! Sleeps up to 2 people! A large attached deck is perfect for those summer nights! Grills are allowed, just please no charcoal! Guests will have access to a single stall garage to park in during their stay. Please feel free to login to our complimentary WIFI during your stay. Smart TV provided in the unit to stream your favorite TV shows and movies. To access the unit, guests are required to climb a flight of stairs! Check in instructions are sent 2 days before check in so please watch for those! Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
