Head up one flight of stairs to this two bedroom, two bathroom loft condo located just steps to Killington Mountain in the main building at Mountain Green Resort. The location cannot be beat and you'll have all the amenities you could need including shuttle to the mountain, parking, cable, WiFi, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, shops, restaurant, golf, skiing and more. (See seasonal schedule below.) Our condo is the perfect place to start your Killington vacation! Our two bedroom condo sleeps up to six people - two in the master bedroom queen bed, two in the second bedroom twin beds and two on the sleeper sofa. We also have two bathrooms - an ensuite master bathroom and a second full bathroom. You cannot beat the location of Mountain Green Resort! Just steps to Killington Mountain, you can take the free shuttle in the winter or make the 5 minute walk. We're also walking distance to the Killington golf course. You'll also be on the main access road in Killington and close to all the bars, shops and restaurants. • Please note that the pool, sauna and hot tubs are CLOSED due to ongoing construction delays related to supply chain issues. At this time, we do not have an estimate for their re-opening. Rates have been adjusted to reflect this. • We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in. No one will meet you at the property. • Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance. • Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. • Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. • You must sign and return our written rental agreement. • The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to mid-March on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and vacation weeks only. There is no shuttle midweek, but we are only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge. • The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills and fire pit are open from mid-June to mid-September and located outside between Buildings 1 and 2. • A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer. • Mountain Green Resort is a large condo complex with over two hundred condos in three buildings (Building 1, 2 and 3). The condos share common hallways and elevators. • We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property. • Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks. This is a homeowner's association requirement and we appreciate your cooperation. • The entire town has well water that is high in mineral content. We recommend bringing bottled water if you do not like the “taste” of well water. • Wood-burning fireplaces are non-operational at this time while we wait on repairs.
