Enjoy your private basement studio tucked away in South Burlingame. Walk to coffee shops, a grocery store, and enjoy easy access to the freeway for a quick trip into downtown. Please note: there is a fully stocked kitchenette with the basics (microwave, fridge/freezer, Keurig, toaster oven), but no stove/oven. South Burlingame is close to OHSU, Lewis and Clark College, Tryon State Park, and lots of urban hiking trails. There's easy access to I-5 to get to downtown attractions. There are several bus lines close by, and urban hiking/biking trails. While I appreciate a good party, I kindly ask that you keep those off the property. I live upstairs and I'd like to respect each other's space. I'd like to keep the place looking nice, so please no pets.
