-1 private bedroom & 1 private bathroom ava in my 2 bedroom 2 Full Bath Condo -Private Parking Spot Next to Building is available for your entire stay -TV in bedroom includes Hulu & Netflix. -Kitchen TV has ESPN, CBS sports etc -400 Mbps High Speed Internet -Kitchen has plenty of useful appliances at your disposal -Bus to NYC is a 15 minute walk at most, Close to Local Restaurants & Center of Town -Young adult, WFH M-F due to Covid, easy going, enjoy time out on the weekends with friends. Can use everything in my house! Kitchen fridge, make yourself a drink at my bar! TVs are throughout the house! Everything! I am always around and can answer any questions you have, I have lived in North Jersey my entire life so I know quite a bit about the entertainment and activities in the area. I try to make your time very comfortable and I am very easy going. Single male, WFH and enjoy hanging out with friends and family on the weekends I also enjoy many of my hobbies in my spare time so I am not home to much of the time. Bar called Thatcher McGees is in walking distance. Bus to NYC is a 10-15 minute walk. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive. Planet Fitness is a 15-20 minute walk as well. There is a Chinese food and burger BBQ joint that is 10 minute walk as well! Plenty of food nearby! Some connivence stores in the area as well, it’s a small town so everything is pretty close. My parking spot is your’s for your stay and there is also guest parking which is also free if needed for guests and very close by. I’m very laid back, I work M-F 9-6 in my room As I am working from home due to Covid. On weekends I am out and not usually around. My room is a master with a bed and bathroom so I keep to myself most of the time!
