Huron River Retreat

Unique quad-level home. Enter on main level to a living room and kitchen/dining area. Kitchen has walkout to deck seating area. Upper level has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Lower level family room and large full bath with laundry area. Family room also has a walkout to lower deck sitting area. Deck and all north facing windows have a view of the Huron River from an elevated position. Basement level has a walkout to the backyard. The yard is a gentle grass slope to the edge of the river. Walking distance to downtown Milford. Huron St is a main passage through town and can be very busy at times. The sloping hill provides quiet in the backyard and most of the house, but there will be traffic noise during busy times. Confirmed bookings will receive a link to a beautiful digital guidebook full of house information and local things to do. Kayaks available for guest use starting May 1, 2021. Liability waiver must be signed, it will be emailed to you upon request. Kayaks will be secured unless waiver is requested and signed. **No parties or events** This is strictly enforced. There is NO parking on Huron St or GM Rd. at any time. No smoking, indoors, of any kind includes tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping and hookah. Smoking outside is ok, there is a can provided for proper ash and butt disposal. Guest stays over 28 days will require a signed lease and agree to house cleanings every 2 weeks.
