The house also backs onto the beautifully maintained Veteran's Memorial Park and the Commons - perfect to enjoy the many scenic walking and biking trails, tennis courts, community swimming pool, beach volleyball court, playground, and soccer fields. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs during your stay with us: drip coffee maker, refrigerator, electric range and stove, dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials and the ample dining table with seating for 6. Outside we have a propane BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy your at home meals "al fresco"! The kitchen is pre-stocked with salt and pepper, sugar packets, non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths and enough coffee and tea to get you started. The laundry is on the lower level and is supplied with laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets. The main floor bedroom has a king bed with lots of drawer and closet space. Also, on the main floor there is a queen bedroom. On the lower level, the king bedroom has lots of room and a built-in desk just in case you must work. Bedding, towels, hair dryers, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are provided. Outside, relax on front porch and watch the people and occasional horse and carriage pass by. Sit in the back garden while dinner cooks on the BBQ/grill. Take a walk thru the back gate to the tennis courts or community swimming pool. Take a short stroll to the many world-class restaurants, Shaw Festival Theatres, and quaint boutiques that line downtown Queen Street. Visit the Niagara wineries (breweries and even distilleries) scattered throughout the area. Niagara Holiday Rentals is registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and complies with the Ontario Travel Regulations. Fine Print: - The person who booked and paid is the primary guest and is responsible for the actions of other house guests. The primary guest must be staying for every night of the booking. - For insurance purposes the primary guest must be 25 years or older. - No more than 6 people including all children. Names of every house guest (including children) must be provided. This information is required to comply with the town by-laws. - No overnight street parking is allowed in the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. - No smoking or vaping of tobacco, marijuana or any similar product whose use generates smoke or vapors within the house or on the property. Any lingering aromas or smells after your stay will result in additional cleaning charges. - One small dog allowed. Pet fee will apply.
