Cottonwood Carriage House

The Cottonwood Carriage House is located in the Heart of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore voted most beautiful place in America. The Carriage House is within walking distance to the Empire Beach, shopping, and places to eat. Nearby are hiking & biking trails, beaches & rivers, wineries, golfing, shopping, and the beautiful Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. There is something for everyone. The Carriage house sleeps 4 very comfortably it includes A/C, Flat screen t.v.’s , WiFi & a full breakfast. The Carriage house is a bi-level house once used as a garage and for farm workers that helped out on the Roen farm. Now it has a loft upstairs with a queen and two twin beds perfect for a family or just a couple getting away for a weekend. The downstairs has a small living area, kitchen and bathroom. The Carriage house is equipped with a/c, wifi and flat screen tv's. Guests are welcome to use the entire space of the Carriage House. I'm close by to the property but can be reached via phone, text or email when questions arise. The Carriage House is located on a quiet tree lined street but within walking distance to shops, places to eat, The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park Headquarters and the beautiful Empire Beach. The Empire Beach has two lakes for swimming and playing. It has the majestic Lake Michigan and South Bar. You can walk to nearby places such as the beach, stores or places to eat. Some take the Sleeping Bear Heritage trail to see a different vantage point of the Sleeping Bear National Park. Most use their vehicles to see the area. The best part about the Carriage House is it's location to so many thing to do and see. Located in beautiful Leelanau County voted for some of the most beautiful places in America. Majestic Dunes, Caribbean like water, breathtaking sunsets and endless outdoor activities.
