2022 SPRING BREAK SPECIAL!!! MESSAGE ME FOR DETAILS. This historical home has a lot to offer. Great for family getaways and big events in the small town of Jefferson, TX. We have 3 private bedrooms, a large bathroom, a spacey living room with games and fur baby toys, dining area, kitchenette, a private court yard with a fire pit, Wifi and firestick TV. This classy hideaway is decorated up for Mardi Gras fun. There is a lot of history in this 1800's home. Laissez le bon temps roul There is a coffee pot, single coffee pot, fridge, freezer, toaster oven and microwave. There is a private entrance in the front of the home that you will enter with a code given to you by the owner. There is also access to a private courtyard for your enjoyment. There is an emergency line to contact our on call person and the owner. My co owner lives next door and is home or at our shop next door for assistance. Jefferson is a fun historical town. There is always something fun going on. there is alot of shopping, antiques, history, museums, dining, a waking trail along the river, relaxing, spas, and friendly atmosphere. We are located down town and within walking distance of shopping and dining!! There is also bicycle and golf cart rental in town. We do allow dogs. They must be 50 lbs or less and no more than 2. There is a $25/animal pet fee. Please do not allow them on the furniture or in the beds. The courtyard is not fenced in for unsupervised animals. There is a pooper scooper on the back porch for clean up. If house rules are not followed additional fees will be charged.
