INSIDE THE HOME You will love this great, well-appointed condo with balcony access from the living room, master bedroom, and loft area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and has an open floor plan with a living room and dining area. A master bedroom is down the hallway to the left and has a Queen bed and en suite master bath with a tub/shower combination. Down the hallway to the right is two guest bedrooms both with Queen beds. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is conveniently located just outside the hall. Upstairs you will find a spacious loft area with an additional Twin daybed trundle. There is plenty of sleeping space in this condo. OUTSIDE Enjoy an evening people watching or taking in a sunset on the private balcony, or enjoy the common areas on the rooftop deck on the third floor. Just a few feet in either direction is a bakery, coffee shop, and several fast-food restaurants. Conveniently located off US 31 and only minutes by car or a short walk to downtown Grand Haven, there is plenty to do with parks, marinas, beaches, shopping, and restaurants nearby. Take a walk on the boardwalk along the channel out to the Grand Haven Lighthouse and make sure you schedule a day to spend at the beach, playing in the sand and splashing in the waves-you will love the beautiful Grand Haven beach!
