With this new 3128 sqft custom cabin, plus 3 covered decks (main deck completely screened-in), a long cozy covered front porch, 3BR’s and 4.5 Baths (no Jack-n-Jill's here, private all the way) which sleeps 9 in beds (full & twin bunk in walk-out basement), for you, your family or corporate retreat will have it all! PLUS we are motorcycle/ATV friendly on an easily accessible drive into our gated community and driveway that does NOT require 4 wheel drive! And other very important feature is our contactless check-in/check-out procedures, our enhanced cleaning procedures, our air purification system which sanitizes BOTH air and surfaces and our commitment of a 24 hour "breather" between rentals!! Sanitation/Disinfection during COVID-19 is our #1 priority to providing our guests with a luxury home that is properly cleaned and sanitized. Whispering Waterfalls is sanitized (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed. We also leave sanitizing products and hand sanitizer there for you to continue that process!! And our linens & towels are washed at 155 degrees Fahrenheit which kills most common germs. Your family, our family, ALL families and our teams health are of utmost importance to us! So with that, on the main level you will find a spacious open floor plan…a beautiful great room with vaulted tong & groove wood ceilings, skylights, large gas fireplace with a soaring natural stone fireplace and gnarly cedar log mantel, 70” flat screen TV w/DirecTV, Blue-Ray DVD, Netflix and premium channels to satisfy any movie buffs appetite. This opens to a large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, steel appliances and a gas stove to whip up those masterpieces…which adjoins the dining room with a large granite breakfast bar ready to seat 12 hungry mouths! To get you started on the right foot, we also supply starters for your convenience…paper towels, paper napkins, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, sponge, trash bags and various cleaning products. And as one would expect, 2 large sliding glass doors leads you to a spacious covered AND screened-in deck with additional dining for 6 (or squeeze more in for fun), a large gas grill for those grill-masters, rocking chairs, hammock and an expansive outdoor sectional seating…where all your senses are serenaded by waterfalls and creeks!! Once back inside, check out the half bath with a entire wall of polished river rock, a full sized laundry room and an office for those that just can’t leave it behind (and yes, the entire house has Broadband WiFi). Then go your separate ways for a night of blissful slumber on opposite sides of the cabin (awesome bedroom separation, wonderful mattresses, and super soft linen)! The large Master Suite with a King Bed, dressing table, 49” LCD TV, and a large double-sink Bathroom with an enormous walk-in shower for two and soaking tub to “take you away”. And if this isn’t enough, another over-sized sliding glass door opens to your private covered deck (or Sleeping porch as some calls it), overlooking yet another waterfall…a dreamy oasis just for the two of you! The other side of the cabin holds two spare bedrooms, each with Queen Beds, 43” LCD TVs and lovely en-suite Baths with walk in showers for each bedroom (no Jack & Jills to share here...every BR has a private bath)! And lastly, only the best for you...out with the ol’ hot water tanks and in with Tankless Hot Water Heater system! This ensures that you and your group NEVER run out of hot water....YES YES YES! The lower floor is equally relaxing and inviting…a game room with Wet Bar/Kitchenette, Pool Table, 16’ Shuffle Board table, games and puzzles to test all skill sets! Add a sofa/loveseat area with 65” LCD TV and a Full/Twin size bunk bed tucked into a cozy inset corner away from it all! And yes, there's a large dresser underneath the large TV and a Wardrobe for hanging items. On the opposite is another full Bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. And not to be outdone, the 2 oversized sliding glass doors take you to yet another covered deck for a welcoming hammock for two or incredible hand-made mountain rocking chairs from local wood, which is even closer to the waterfalls and creeks...and a cute mini-rocker for our sweet lil’ kiddos! But wait…off that deck are stairs which leads you to meandering paths to the two waterfalls and creeks, but to a large 7 person Hot Tub as well, nestled right alongside the creek and waterfall! So with that, what a perfect setting to cool off under the spring-fed waterfalls! With a huge attached bench, there is ample room to lounge and relax, either in or out of the bubbler!! And to enjoy the waterfalls and mountains just a tad more, we've installed LED lights on both waterfalls and up the creek....a truly magnificent view for your night-time pleasure!! Or another equally wonderful way to warm up is at the firepit right next to the creek!! That too has ample comfy seating for both adults and kiddos with adirondack chairs AND seasoned firewood for your s'more & weenie roasting delight!! As well....for those adventurous types, across the creek is a path which takes you up the lush mountain side to enjoy the serenity of Whispering Waterfalls acreage…pack a backpack or our stocked & ready to go picnic basket for a family adventure or a romantic moment for two! From a standpoint of cleaning, Whispering Waterfalls is immaculately maintained sanitized and thoroughly sanitized prior to your arrival! Our team takes great pride and care, as though it were their own family as guest!! Our super soft linens and towels are washed on a 70 minute hot sanitize cycle! As well, we enforce a minimum of 24 hours between rental....but usually more...to ensure safety and cleanliness for ALL!!! Then directly across the driveway is a lovely community park which is beautifully shaded and landscaped, right on Valley River…there are multiple octagon shaped picnic tables and a huge deck over the river for relaxing, fishing or just reveling in the beauty before you…one can just imagine a day of cool mountain water swimming, stream fishing or even panning for Gold!! Situated in an area of North Carolina that preserves its treasures from the masses this area does not offer one dedicated draw, but rather a multitude of activities with reasonable drive times. Within a week’s stay you can visit Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina.
