Spend your days renting the private pontoon and browsing the boutique shops before you enjoy all the amenities the house has to offer, including your very own hot tub! This impressive home was an original farmstead house and the property used to include much of the surrounding area. You and your guests will have plenty of room to spread out over the home's expansive open floor plan and be able to enjoy views of the river from practically every room. Unwind on the plush sofas in the Great Room and turn on the 82" Smart TV. When you get a little chilly, turn on the gas fireplace and warm up the space. Grab some fresh air on the expansive back deck with ample outdoor seating, views of the river, and a gas grill, or cozy up in the lower level family room with wood fireplace. Add in the private office on the main level, and there is no better place to enjoy a destination work-from-home! Enjoy cooking delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen which features a 6-burner gas stove, double ovens, a prep sink, stainless steel appliances, custom cherry cabinets, large center island bar, and granite counter tops. Just wow. After dinner, head up to the loft to play a game of pool or cards at the 8-person game table. The loft also has its own private outdoor deck, which sits high above the winding Mississippi River, offering spectacular river views. For a quieter evening, curl up with your favorite book in the family room on the comfy furnishings or listen to the soothing sounds of the Petrof Semi-Concert Grand Piano! This home is perfect for multiple families. The lower level includes a a full bath and 3/4 bath, one King and one Queen bedroom, and opens to the lower patio where you'll spend plenty of time enjoying the hot tub. The lower level also includes a complete kitchen with dishwasher for your use! End the day in one of the well-appointed bedrooms to rest up for the next day's activities. The master bedroom features a King-size Sleep Number bed, a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and access to the deck. Soak your cares away in the master en suite's Whirlpool bathtub before sliding under the covers. Sleeping Arrangements: 3 King bedrooms, 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 two-bed Twin bedroom PONTOON, JETSKI and JETBOAT RENTAL - Available Memorial Day weekend through September 30th. Pontoon Rates: 2021: $300 per day, Weekly $2000 2022: $400 per day A $500 refundable deposit may be required as well. THE LOCATION: Start your day with a hearty breakfast before heading down to the water for a fun day in the water! If you feel like getting out on the water, there is a pontoon available. Stay dry and spend the day at Elm Creek Park Reserve, a short 15-minute drive away. The park covers 4,900 acres and includes a nature center, archery range, disc golf course, and more. Get a taste for local brews when you visit Elm Creek Brewery, OMNI Brewing Co. and Alloy Brewing. When you're ready for a full meal, there are plenty of delicious restaurants in the area including Buona Sera Ristorante, Clive's Roadhouse, and Maverick's Wood Grill. Other fun activities in the area include shopping at Northtown Mall, fishing, Bunker Beach Water Park, and Yellow Tree Theater.
