Enjoy our newly renovated open concept apartment, literally steps from the beach, Jenkinson’s boardwalk & aquarium and all the restaurants, bars and family attractions. The renovation includes a brand new bathroom and shower, smart tv and hi-speed wifi and all new furniture throughout. Open concept with cathedral ceilings, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a full bathroom with standup shower. One queen bed in each bedroom (with closets), sleeps 4 comfortably. You have your own outdoor space with a table and chairs to unwind after a long day at the beach including a condo community yard. Comes with one parking spot directly outside your front door and two beach badges. We also offer a concierge service for our guests to rent additional items including: beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach caddies and cruiser bikes. NO PARTIES OR NOISE. This is a quiet condo complex, we ask that you respect the neighbors as your own. We hire a professional cleaning service to clean and disinfect the apartment before each stay.
