Rest, relax and recharge at our beautifully renovated lake-front modern farmhouse! Enjoy all the beauty of Table Rock Lake from our large covered deck or make the easy walk down to the water. Nestled in a quiet lake-front neighborhood, it’s a true lakehouse getaway, and the perfect home away from home for those wanting to relax and recharge at the lake. Enjoy trendy modern farmhouse style furnishings, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, 3-seasons room, hot tub, full outdoor living room, gas fire pit, vintage record player, and easy access to the lake (just a short walk down a gentle hill)! Spend your mornings listening to the birds sing while you relax on the porch swing bed on the covered back deck, enjoy a soak in the vintage hottub, make memories over a fire in the firepit, get a good night’s sleep on one of our new memory foam mattresses, take a relaxing walk down to the lake, or read a book in the cozy and comfortable living room. With ample parking, a queen bunkroom that sleeps 8, and seating for 12 in the 3-seasons room, this is the perfect gathering place for families. Slow down, unplug, unwind and enjoy the slower, laidback way of lake living. WIFI, puzzles, games, a TV w/ a Roku, DVD player, grill, gas fire pit, hottub, washer and dryer, and outdoor furniture provided. Cable television is not provided. With only being 15 minutes to Kimberling City, 40 minutes to Branson and an hour from Springfield, it’s close enough to enjoy all the fun of the area, while still being a quiet and peaceful place to rest and recharge at the lake! Grocery stores, restaurants, the Port of Kimberling, and more are only 15 minutes away, with Dogwood Canyon, Silver Dollar City, State Park Marina, Branson’s 76 Strip, The Branson Landing, Top of the Rock, and the Branson Airport just a short drive away. NOTE: This lake-front neighborhood is super quiet and serene, laid back and casual. Everyone knows everyone, which is one of our favorite parts. While we look forward to welcoming guests, this is a very quiet and watchful community. If you’re looking for a place to party, this is not the property for you. We ask our guests to be respectful and considerate of our neighbors, and our property. *This property is only available as a monthly rental. There is a 30 night minimum stay.*
