Conveniently located just 2 1/2 miles to downtown Charlevoix, 15 min. to Boyne City or Petoskey, 1 hour to Mackinac or Traverse City. Three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms accommodate 8 people COMFORTABLY in the 1,500 sq. ft. home. We have a private dock with boat lift that can accommodate up to a 3,600 lb. boat and a mooring for pontoon's/tritoon's or jet skis. Premium WIFI throughout the cottage can handle everyone working remotely. 50" HD Smart TV with premium cable in living room and 40" HD TV with same premium cable in master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances including gas range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a full laundry room with front loading washer/dryer. Our housekeeper does a fantastic job cleaning and sanitizing the entire house for your arrival. We remove and replace all bedding linens and towels. The upstairs master suite has it's own private deck with sweeping views overlooking Lake Charlevoix. Take advantage of the sunrise and sunsets right from the master deck or front deck. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms for hot summer days. Cozy fireplace in living room for chilly nights. Outside a large deck in front yard with casual lake house seating and a fire table is the main place to be for lounging. Great for watching all the action on the lake, seeing the sunset, and relaxing with friends and family. There’s an adjacent lakefront dining patio complete with gas grill...great for a morning cup of coffee, relaxing with a book or happy hour. Side deck is a cozy spot for a snooze in the hammock. The large outdoor fire pit is complete with Adirondack chairs and all the firewood you need. We have lawn games, Giant Jenga, kayaks, paddleboards and basketball net for your use. A large cooler, beach umbrella, 8 beach chairs and beach towels are provided for your day at the beach or boating. Fall color tours and outdoor winter sports are everywhere in the Charlevoix area and Knot Just A Cottage is conveniently located to all of them. A perfect choice for your family vacation, a girl’s weekend, guy's golf weekend, ski weekends and winery/brewery tours.
