Pet Friendly between Lake placid and Saranac Lake

Pet friendly, newly renovated home. Small 2 bedroom home, with large living area. Perfectly placed between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. The house has a private back yard, fully fenced in with a small firepit. Fully equipped kitchen and out door gas grill. If you would like to bring your dog, we do have a $50 dog fee. This can be paid through (Hidden by Airbnb) or cash left at the house. The couch pulls out into a queen bed. Additional bedding and extra mattress pad can be provided for a $50 fee. New rental property! A great location between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. Dog friendly house with a fully fenced in backyard. The yard has had a lot landscaping done recently so the grass and plants are growing. The yard is enclosed with a metal wire fence and a privacy fence between the one neighbor. There is a $50 dog fee. We provide a dog bed, couch covers, dog towels and blankets to cover the beds. There is a queen bed and a twin bed. The couch does pull out into an additional bed. $50 fee to accommodate for the extra person, bedding and cleaning. The kitchen is full stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and more. All new appliances, full fridge, oven, microwave and a small dishwasher. The house and yard is still in working progress but it provides everything needed for a great stay. You can hang out in the screened in gazebo in the out door furniture or cozy up next to the fire pit. There is also a picnic table and a hammock! The front door has a punch key pad, so no need to worry about keys. The house is on a main road, so during the day there will be road noise. But with the installation of new windows and insulation the noise is lessened in the house. Bedrooms are on the back of the house.
