The perfect spot for couples looking for a relaxing and romantic weekend away. This newly renovated suite backs on to a gorgeous 150+ ft deep backyard that's right on the water. Enjoy breakfast by the lake in morning, soak up some sun on the loungers in the afternoon, relax on the tree swing while watching the sunset in the evening and roast marshmallows over a fire at night. This will be a stay you won't forget! The suite is newly renovated and comes loaded with creature comforts. Potlights span the entire suite including both bedrooms. The living room has an HD TV equipped with (Hidden by Airbnb) TV (full access to Netflix and Amazon Prime video) and a very comfortable seating. There is a full kitchen complete with a stove top oven, over-the-counter microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, pots and pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. Both bedrooms have Queen size beds with the primary bedroom offering a lake view from the window as well. There is also WiFi in the unit so you will have access to unlimited, high-speed internet. Keyless entry! The entrance to the suite is equipped with a electronic code lock so you don't have to worry about keys. We will provide you with the code before you arrive. Our property is located only a few minutes drive from Fifty Point Conservation Area on Lake Ontario, a magnificent 80-hectare park with a beautiful superb marina. Also close to us are a number of fruit farms, farmers markets and some wineries as well. For dinner and groceries, we are a few minutes drive from a shopping plaza that includes a Costco, Metro and tons of different restaurants. Our backyard is completely private so you can peacefully enjoy the outdoors. However, the lake can get rough sometimes so please use caution when the tide is high. When inside the suite, please take off your shoes. Smoking/vaping and use of any drugs is not permitted on the property. We also don't allow any parties, promos or get-together events. If drinking, please do so responsibly and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. We live in a quiet, family-friendly community and want to be very respectful of our neighbours :) For safety and liability purposes, only guests staying at the suite will have access to the property.
