This property is part of the enviable Southern Dunes Golf Course and Country Club and offers 4-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. This open floorplan is breathtaking with modern décor and stylistic flair. The kitchen has lovely granite countertops and all the major appliances all along with a breakfast bar. There is seating for four in the dining area. The living room has soft couches with large TV for entertainment. The master bedroom has a king bed with full bathroom including walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms both have a queen-sized bed while the last bedroom has two twin-sized bed. The washer and dryer are in a separate laundry room. The private pool is completely enclosed and offers privacy for guests and ample sundeck space for relaxation. Within walking distance guests will find the club house which has tennis courts, community swimming pool, and children’s play area. The property a short drive from all the attractions including SeaWorld, Legoland, Universal Studios, and all of Walt Disney World’s Theme Parks. Read Before Booking this property: Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. **Check In – 4pm **Check Out – 10am 24-hour check in available. Contactless check-in and departure. Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet-friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.
