This is a brand-new house built in 2020 and situated at a convenient location with quick access to freeways, and is approximately 7 minutes to SeaTac Airport, 15 minutes to downtown Seattle, a 5 minutes’ drive to Tukwila Light Rail Station, which offers free parking for an easy commute to downtown Seattle for various tourist attractions. Most of travelers’ needs are within walking distance, such as Safeway with a deli and Starbucks, Subway, burger shop, dry cleaning service, and nail salon. You will enjoy the city of Seattle and local attractions while staying at our newly built and cozy home. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and fire sprinkler systems for your safety. City park is right behind our backyard, where you can go for a walk or a quick stretch. There is 2 car-garage and plenty of free street parking. The house is fully furnished with brand new appliances, a 55” TV with high speed WiFi, plates, utensils and basic cooking seasonings: oil, salt, pepper. There will be tea, instant coffee & creamer to get your morning started. Plenty of hand sanitizer is available. Washer/dryer with detergent and fabric softener sheets are available on site and much more... Special Note: instant noodles are for you just in case you don’t get a chance to pick up food or at a late night. Water bottles are for you as well. Our house is perfect for families, group of friends, or anyone on business trips. You will have access to the entire main level of the house and the garage. The upper unit on the second level is not included in this listing. The house is in the back lot and you will have full access to it. No wheelchair accessible due to the steps at front, back patio and inside garage. Bathroom is limited space for wheelchair movements. Response within one hour and available to answer any questions that you might have between 7:00 AM to 10 PM. Our goal is to make you feel welcomed and as comfortable as living in your own home. Freeway access is half a mile away from the house and can quickly get you to 509, 518, I-5, and 99 Hwy -15 minutes to downtown Seattle - 7 minutes to SeaTac Airport - 7 minutes to SouthCenter Mall (aka Westfield Mall), which is the largest mall in the Pacific Northwest with famous restaurants including: Oliver Gardens, Cheesecake Factory, Din Tai Fung, Bahama Breeze, sushi, Thai, and Vietnamese foods, LA Fitness clubs, Target, etc. The list is endless! You must check it out! It's strongly recommended catching the bus, which is a block away (by Safeway), or drive to and park at the Tukwila Light Rail Station to save the cost paid for parking in downtown Seattle. A gate key for you to access the city park for a morning running or at your preferred exercising time. Key is in the kitchen utensil drawer. There will be a $500.00 fine per violation if guests violated any for the following: * No parties nor events are allowed. * No eating nor drinking in the carpeted areas. * Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. * No pets are allowed. * No candle burning/lighting * No visitors parking unless using free available street parking * Indoor smoking is prohibited. $500.00 fine will be applied if indoor smoking is evident. *** There might be little noise from the upper level when guests catch early flights or late night arrivals because this is a 2 story vacation home but most of guests are respectful and quiet. Please respect their privacy as they are asked to do the same thing. Cameras will be in the common areas such as front porch, back patio, and outside stairs.
