Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to great hunting, fishing, outdoor activities, and restaurants. You'll have access to a large front and back yard, our garage with a dog door and kennel, laundry room, full kitchen with modern appliances, and large back patio. We also have 2 large common areas, one with a 52" TV. Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. 1 story house with a full, finished basement. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are in the basement, 3/4/5 are on the main floor. The basement also has 2 very comfortable sofas that are great to sleep on, and 2 bean bags that transform into full size mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish/utensil you need to cook and bake, along with tons of spices. We have a Keurig, popcorn, oatmeal, and a few other nonperishables. The kitchen also has a dishwasher. The house has an attached 2 car heated garage, with a dog kennel and dog door inside. The backyard is fully fenced, and your pets will love it. Guests are able to park on the 2 car driveway, plus the street on both sides of the house. Just across the street is a large gravel parking lot owned by the grade school, and it's available for parking after school hours. Just around the house, you can probably park about 8-10 vehicles. Lots of room for trailer parking. Please just avoid parking in the front of the house by the mailbox, as it's on a blind corner. We'd love for you to bring your pets with, but we ask that you please keep them off the furniture and be mindful of them on the carpet. Accidents happen, but the carpet is brand new and we'd love to keep it looking that way. We have several family members with pet allergies, so it's important to us that we minimize the amount of hair on furniture and carpet. Thanks for your understanding!
