We use our rooms for Netflix-n-chillin' with brand new mattresses for your sleeping comfort and plenty of space for your entire group. The master bedroom features a king bed & two nightstands, a 50" Roku tv & a cordless charging station/alarm clock. The Queen bedroom provides two nightstands, a cordless charging station/alarm clock, USB wall jack & walk-in closet. The bunkroom has two Twin over Full bunk beds with plenty of floor space & a walk-in closet. The living room offers a beautiful sectional with 3 power recliners (queen sofa sleeper on backorder due to Covid-19), a 55" Roku tv & plenty of room for hanging out. The kitchen comes equipped with all the basics, plus a toaster, blender & crockpot. Screened in porch offers a blue-tooth speaker connectivity, a quaint sitting area with lake views & a ping-pong table. Pool & hot tub area feature a charcoal grill/smoker, don't forget your charcoal. Complimentary Wi-Fi. Plenty of parking space, however, DO NOT PARK ON THE FRONT LAWN. Take a dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub. There are two docks on property, perfect for seeing who can catch the biggest fish! IF you find yourself looking for something to do.....we have a yard dice, corn hole, hook-n-ring toss, ping pong, frisbee, and a handful of indoor games. At night cozy up next to the fire pit (don't forget to bring firewood), make s'mores & tell scary stories. We hope you enjoy this incredible place as much as we do. Here's to making memories! Access to 10 Lazy Bend is electronic, you will need to download 'August Lock' from your phones app store. Once downloaded and your account is activated, we will send you an invite which unlocks the main entrance door from the driveway. Should you need to reach us during your stay, don't hesitate we are a phone call (or text) away. Stay up as late as you'd like, we have a quiet neighborhood with really friendly neighbors. You will see many golf carts drive by, we always say hi with a friendly wave. Boat ramp is a short drive or walk around the corner. We are in the country, plenty of safe roads for long walks. Regrettably, we do not allow any multi-bookings in conjunction with any nearby AirBnB's. Should this rule be violated, immediate eviction will take place and no refund will be issued. While we do not allow pets, please do not let this deter you, every booking may have an exception.
