Gatehouse 1 @ The Ledges Resort & Marina

We welcome you to the The Ledges Resort & Marina! We are located on the St. Lawrence river across from Boldt Castle . We have views of the castle, Sunken Rock Lighthouse, and the main shipping channel. We have decks, docks, hammocks, and gazebos. They are great for ship watching or fishing. We have newly renovated in-ground pool. There are outdoor fire-pits where you can warm up under the stars. We even provide the firewood! There are plenty of open lawn areas to play catch, lawn games, or just take a walk. The Ledges offers a peaceful getaway with six acres of landscaped grounds along the water. While the grounds provide privacy and lots of space, we are not in a remote location. It’s a quick and easy walk downtown. We are close to all of the attractions. At the Ledges you have the best of both worlds; relaxation and convenience! We have some of the best boating and fishing in the world. If you rent or bring your own boat we have dockage available for $2 per foot/per night. We have plenty of room for boat trailer parking too. Gatehouse 1 is the river side of a duplex. It's a two bedroom two bath cottage that can sleep up to eight guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an attached bathroom. The 2nd large bedroom has two queen size beds. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room with a memory foam mattress. The living room and kitchen are one large room with views of the river. There is a large flat screen tv with Directv service. The kitchen has a full size gas stove, refridgerator, and dishwasher. Both bathrooms have tile floors and showers with frameless glass doors. There is a large deck across the entire front side of house facing the water. It has a dining table, chairs, and gas grill. You also have your own private firepit and we provide firewood! Luxury shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap are provided by Beekman 1802. The beds are made with fresh linens. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are also provided. Everything is prepped and ready to make your vacation relaxing and comfortable. Just bring yourself! We have 7 cottages available on the property.
