Morgan Creek Farm: Super Clean & Welcoming!

Welcome to Morgan Creek Farm!!! Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You will have everything you need from a 55 inch TV, wifi, washer/dryer to 2 bathrooms. One bathroom features a bathtub and the other has tile with a walk-in shower that is wheelchair accessible. Owners are also located in a separate house on the 19 acres should you need anything. Conveniently located 3 -5miles from grocery, restaurants (including chick-fil-A) and downtown Ashland. Located on a working hobby farm! Check out Instruction: Dishes in the dishwasher and turned on Bedsheets and pillowcases removed and put in the washer (we will start it) Used towels on the floor by the washer All trash removed and in the can in front of the garage Both doors locked Please take all perishable food (fridge and freezer) Please turn off lights and TVs Double-check the property one last time for your personal belongings :)
