Each studio has it’s own feel and style and is complete with an array of amenities that are ideal for hosting your stay for a night, a week,or even longer. It’s an urban-industrial studio, a rustic garden suite, and our pet-friendly choice. Studio BoHo is all this and more. A comfy home base from which to explore the Front Range with a quintessential Colorado vibe. This ground-floor unit’s private patio overlook the garden and it offers easy access to our outdoor entertaining area. Studio D is a comfortable fit for two adults (and a four-legged companion) and can comfortably accommodate three by way of a roll-away bed. Furnished with a queen bed, it has a walk-in shower, full kitchen and dining area. We still embrace the charm, coziness, and authenticity of what made vacation rentals special and unique. So many Hotels and Airbnb's today feature cold stainless kitchens, bland décor, and lack personality. HANDS ON OWNERSHIP Natives of Fort Collins and nearby Boulder, we’re the real deal. We operate daily every aspect of Remington Flats. No management company to call, no corporate policies and procedures to adhere to. If it isn’t perfect it’s our fault and we’ll personally fix it. This business is our 401K plan and we are totally committed to ensuring every guest a 5 star worthy experience every day. 4. EVERYONE IS WELCOMED We host people locally and from all over the world. We believe people are people and it's our honor to open our doors to everyone; so be yourself here. Your furry companions are also welcomed in Studio D, with restrictions. 5. LOCAL Traditional Hotels and Airbnb’s are not often known for their complimentary refreshments or local personal touches but luckily, we are not traditional! Whether you’re munching or sipping you’ll love these treats created right here in Fort Collins. What are these goodies? We’re leaving it a surprise, so you’ll have to stay to find out! 6. OLD TOWN NEIGHBORHOOD The truth is that not every neighborhood or street in Fort Collins is created equal. Don’t sacrifice peace of mind to stay “in” downtown. We’re easy walking distance to everything you’ll want to do but far enough that you can escape the noise and dangers of busy main-street life. 7. MANY HAVE BIKES...WE HAVE REALLY COOL BIKES We proudly boast a collection of nine vintage New Belgium Cruiser bikes which are available exclusively for our guests from May until October. With one per guest, you’ll find them a perfect way to explore Old Town and the nearby breweries; just notify us in advance if you wish to enjoy cruising and we’ll send you the 411! 8. WHAT WE’RE NOT Do you want gourmet stainless steel kitchens, cold granite bathrooms, blinding white walls, and just a version of a chain hotel lacking charm and personality? We’re not your place. What you want is one of the hundreds of new Airbnb's that have popped up around FoCo which are nice places to stay but are not an "experience" in and of themselves. We are focused on what made vacation rentals so popular originally, their uniqueness and charm PLUS local touches and experiences to make your stay TRULY memorable. Pets are allowed in this studio. However, we do charge a pet fee of $30 per pet $50 per pet weekly $100 per pet monthly and fee must be paid prior to arrival. Once booked we will send you a request for the pet fee. Please read rental agreement regarding your pet's stay at our property as restrictions apply and we reserve the right to refuse entry if policies are not adhered to.
