We welcome guests to come and enjoy the beauty. Who dream of any easy escape, can take a road less traveled to celebrate. The space 42 Acres of private land to explore and create your prefect event. With a log home, tree forts, tiny house called “The Roost” a vintage 1970 trailer called “The Time Machine”, two Tree Forts called Ponderosa and Alpine, RV and Tent Camping, lots of unique places on the property to call it a night. Jessica Bronner is our event coordinator, with a degree in Management Communication. Management and Marketing with four years of full-scale Event Coordinating. She’s got an incredible imagination and knows how to pull it all together creating the perfect venue within your budget. Easy to work with, and loves what she does. Constructed in 1998, the lodge features locally harvested pine and D-Log construction. The lodge stays comfortably cool during the Summer and is heated by a natural wood-burning stove in the Winter. Three levels contribute to the 3737 sq. ft living space. On the first story is a small dinette/kitchen, full bathroom, two bedrooms, and a bonus room. The second story is the primary living area: master bed/bath, a second bedroom and ½ bath, kitchen, dining, and family room. Finally, the third level provides a secluded and loft-like bedroom. A Red-Roofed barn, two tree-forts, five grazing pastures, and a large arena accompany the lodge on the 42-acre property; all corners of the estate are yours to explore. Green Acres Ranch 15-acre meadow offers a serene, picturesque area to share the perfect occasion by creating an ambiance of love, laughter, and joy. Leaving the hurriedness of the city behind, enjoying the unique wide-open space, breathtaking views, and endless photo opportunities. Montana’s unique warm summer evenings covered with a canopy of stars is a wonderful way to linger with guests while experiencing the great outdoors, nature sounds and the lack of other noises. We offer a traditional Red Barn 35’x48’ that can occupy up to 75-100 people, for your indoor activities. With a few decorating touches you can create a uniquely Montana vibe atmosphere from this natural rustic country setting. For those who want to bring their RV, set up a tent or two, we have the space with plenty of parking. Better yet, there are two tree forts for those who like to sleep in trees and provide a portable restroom, The Roost and The Time Machines nestled in different areas of the property. While we are excited to socialize and meet new people, we also understand your desire for privacy. In many cases, this is why many of our guests travel to Montana to begin with. The Green Acres Estate is situated roughly a quarter of a mile from the next closest, private dwelling. Thompson Falls' locals are helpful and extremely familiar with the local attractions. In fact, nearly every resident is accustomed to questions from out-of-towners (at some point, all of us were considered vacationers too). For Mark and I, that is how we found this Estate. Upon request, a detailed list of eateries, bars, equipment rentals, and local attractions are available. Mainstreet is a 10-minute drive, 10-minute bike ride, or 15-minute walk from the lodge. Most importantly, the Grocery Store (Harvest Foods) is a 15-minute drive from the Estate. The liquor store, gas station, pharmacy, hardware store, and others are on Mainstreet (additional store front types are available upon request). Ben, our Beautiful White Horse, is available for one's wedding dreams. He is super kind, gentle and quiet and very photogenic.
