Sweet Haven is a beautiful large guest bedroom private room stay, located upstairs in a 5 bedroom residential home in a peaceful & safe suburban neighborhood community . Come relax in your own private, spacious bedroom with a beautiful accent wall, with easy access to tons of restaurants and shopping. We are located in Snellville, close to Briscoe Park , Gwinnett County Library and so much more . Sweet Haven offers a brand new Queen Size Quality mattress, Full set of linen ( 2 towels & 2 wash cloths), Four pillows for extra comfort, Iron & Ironing board for that outfit you plan on wearing for work or a day or night of fun, Designated space for luggage in the closet, Clothes hanging space with hangers, room door with lock & key for safety and privacy during your stay, Windows that provide privacy with blinds & beautiful complimentary curtains to match the aesthetic of the room, Two chairs & a table to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee, Beautiful Art on the walls. Sweet Haven also provides a Smart TV with free Wifi & Netflix access to all guests . Sweet Haven smells clean and fresh dedicating our time to Airbnbs 5 Step Cleaning before and after each guests visits to ensure both our guests and myself safety. Sweet Haven also has a Nightstand & Lamp for your keys, your phone & a late night read. Last but not least a Mirror & dresser , to get a good look before you leave for the day & to store your clothes in during your stay. Guests has access to Street Parking Only , you want make sure you park closest to the mailbox on the curb so another guest can park behind you without them parking in front of or blocking the neighbors property. Guest have access to the foyer & Upstairs Only (2nd floor ) . Guest has access to their reserved private room , shared bathroom & microwave and fridge on the second floor. My amazing mother / Co-Host Leslie and I are available 24/7 to offer help throughout your stay. We love to give our guests their privacy and space, but we’re very friendly and can be reached via Airbnb Inbox to assist guests with their needs as soon as we possibly can. This beautiful, peaceful & safe community offers at most 100 residential properties, It offers sidewalks, if you would like to go for a nice walk or run . With at least 6 cul-de-sacs so children may be outside playing as well or riding their bikes. There are a few cats roaming the neighborhood, they are harmless, but we are working on getting them removed as soon as possible. There are many restaurants, parks , fast food , grocery stores & shopping near by , so take some time to explore while you’re here in Snellville. Be sure to check out our Guidebooks for more detailed options. Guests can get around the neighborhood by walking, running, riding a bike or driving. Parking for guests is on the street. Their cars will be safe & unbothered. Just make sure to keep car doors locked to ensure more safety. We offer street parking for our guests, guests should remember to take their shoes off upon entering, to ensure the cleanliness of the home. We encourage All guests to clean up after themselves.
