This home is on a quiet street so if you think your group is loud and likes to party late this is NOT the house for you. We do not accommodate events or retreats. There is a studio on the property with a separate entry. Steps to the Beach and other famous North Shore beaches located on the 7 Mile Miracle. Prime surf location during the winter time and perfect conditions for a recreational standup paddle and swimming during the summer.
