CITQ 3 stars #615904 We are a small cottage resort dating back to the 40s. Our cabins are very comfortable and our site is lovely on top of being perfectly located. If you are looking for a unique experience with a retro flair, this might be just the place for you. Your cottage is private. Our resort has a heated pool, a jacuzzi area PLUS a lakefront area, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. PANDEMIC MEASURES ** You will have 2H of exclusive use each day in each area. To avoid the risk of contamination, we will not provide life vests, pool towels, bicycle helmets, etc. Any fabric or material that can hold water has been removed from the site. Take your personal belongings to enjoy the outdoors. We provide disinfectant liquid for bikes, oars and boats. The ideal is to bring your own. ** NOTE: We are highly pet friendly! If you are severely allergic, are scared of cats or dogs or simply dont care for them, we might not be the place for you. Now, about the Rustic Duplex. 2 communicating units -Geneva, Zurich- combine to make the Rustic Duplex. Enjoy the largest stone chimney on our site and the most beautiful fireplaces. You will appreciate its high ceilings and large volumes. Both living rooms are very welcoming, the rooms are cozy and you will surely appreciate its beautiful renovated bathrooms and kitchens with a 40’s flair. Its total area is about 1800 pc. We ask everyone to be aware of the noise and be respectful of the neighbors. SLEEPING OPTIONS 4 Queen bedrooms + 2 lofts with each 2 twin beds and a single futon. A sofa-beds is available in the Living room of the Zurich. LA CUISINE A $50 deposit is taken for inventory. We keep it only if the inventory is not back in its place upon departure. Both kitchens are very well equipped. A bar-island allows you to cook while conversing. You will have everything you need to prepare meals starting with a cookware, standard coffee maker, kettle, electric mixer, small electric chopper and of course, a set of Swiss fondue. SURROUNDING YOUR COTTAGE + Your balcony is elevated and has 2 propane BBQ + You will find hammocks and picnic tables + The shared heated pool and hot tub are steps away. You have access to 2 campfire areas: near the spa and on the common ground + Access to the lake and boats is a 30 second walk from your cottage. This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
