This property is located on Green Street - Close to the University of Illinois. Built originally in the early 1900s, this home has been beautifully updated  with new flooring, new appliances, and 6 new beds with brand new mattresses. This home has 3 levels. The first floor contains a living room, dining room, bedroom (queen), full bathroom, and kitchen. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms (all queens) and a full bathroom. The third floor has 2 bedrooms (1 twin/bedroom) with dormered (slanted with the roofline) ceilings.  This home also offers laundry facilities in the basement. There is a 1 car garage and driveway parking. Please note: if booking for 4 guests or less, the 3rd level will not be accessible.  Guests have access to the entire home when booking it as a 6 bedroom. If guests want 4 bedrooms or less, the 3rd floor will not be accessible. There are free WiFi and laundry facilities.   The base rate is based off of 2 person occupancy. There is an additional fee of $50/person/night for any additional guests. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE GUEST COUNT OF YOUR RESERVATION IS ACCURATE. The number of occupants at any time is limited to the guest count listed on the reservation. If additional undisclosed guests are discovered at the property, there will be a $250/guest/night fee.  I will be available by phone, text, or email for the duration of your stay. If needed, most times I am available to come by in person if need be, but will only do so at your request. Guests can expect complete privacy.   10-minute walk to Downtown and University of Illinois Campus. 1.5 Miles to Memorial Stadium and State Farm Center. CVS is 3 blocks away. Multiple restaurants, shopping centers, and the public library within 1/2 mile. 3 parks located within 1/2 mile. Located on a public bus line. Uber, Lyft, and cab service available. Located less than 1 mile from Amtrak and Greyhound station.  There is free off-street parking at this home for up to 5 vehicles. Free street parking all around as well.
