This beautiful and newly updated home, located on a 5acre lot and surrounded by beautiful woodland, is the perfect location for a long week/weekend away. With 4 bedrooms and plenty of couches, this home can sleep 8-15 people. Great for a small family gathering or getaway. Plenty of living space both inside and out! Enjoy plenty of outdoor seating, including a fire table, Traeger grill and dining table on the deck. A large fire pit can be enjoyed in the yard. Enjoy board games, shuffleboard and air hockey tables inside the home. You’ll find the kitchen has everything you need! Guests will have access to most of the house. Guests may not enter the garage spaces or locked closets. There is plenty of parking space in the driveway. No parking is allowed on the street overnight. Available via text and phone for guests Home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by woodland. Walking/biking paths and a park are walking distance away. Light rail to DT Minneapolis is 3 miles away. We do live in the home but travel quite often, opening it up for guests to use. Please be respectful and treat the home as if it were your own. Please do not enter locked spaces or garages.
