New & Modern Garage Apartment.

Brand new construction; beautiful light and bright garage apartment with private entrance, full bath, kitchenette, living area with tv and a king bed. There are also three twin size beds in the space. 740 square feet of complete privacy. We are also a mile from the largest casino in the state, and 25 minutes from rivers, canyons, and gorgeous WY geological finds. 3 hours from Yellowstone National Park. The entire garage apartment, plus the backyard, and driveway are available to use. We will pretty much give you your space and privacy, but we are available to assist you with anything you need! Our home is in a safe and quiet residential area. We are near many restaurants, parks, less than a mile from a Wal-Mart, movies and 2 big casinos. The Wind River Indian Reservation borders us and there are lots of pow wows you can attend in the summer. We are a 25 min drive from gorgeous Wyoming scenery and 3 hours from Yellowstone. You can drive or walk to most places in the area. Parking is no problem anywhere. Please note that we have 4 small children. You will probably hear them during the day, playing in the house or in the backyard. We are early risers (7 AM in the summer, 630 AM during the school year), but we also go to bed early (the house is usually quiet by 8 PM). If you are looking for complete peace and quiet all the time, or you want to sleep in late without any noise, you may want to take that into consideration before you book. On weekends I do require the kids to do quiet activities until 9 AM.
