A 300 square foot covered deck is a wonderful place to relax and gaze at the ocean and drink a mai tai. Seating for six around a teak table is the perfect place to gather for a sunset barbeque. New Weber gas Barbecue is provided. From the deck, a grassy yard leads you to the beach and the turquoise Pacific Ocean beyond. Lovely sunrise and sunset views. Located in quiet, established, working class neighborhood on a quiet dead end street with little traffic, A private driveway and covered parking lead to the home. Ewa Beach is a thriving town with nearby grocery stores, small shopping malls, and restaurants. Golf courses abound. There are beach parks nearby with surfing, boogie boarding, and fishing. We are about a 45 minute drive from Waikiki, a 30 minute drive from the Honolulu airport. The beautiful west side resort area of Ko’Olina is minutes away. You will find Disney’s Aulani resort, the luxurious Four Season resort, and fine dining options at nearby Ko’Olina. You will enjoy relaxing in our living room with two comfortable sofas, an easy chair, and a 75 inch Samsung smart TV. Our home offers high speed Wi-Fi throughout. Want to retreat from the world, but still get some work done? This is the perfect place. Kitchen is a dream! Walnut cabinets and state of the art appliances will make it easy to enjoy cooking.
