This rustic cottage was built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and has a GAS BURNING STOVE for heat( WHICH IS HOT TO TOUCH) in the living room which adds to the cozy warm ambiance. It is a clean and simple 700 sq ft house which is small but fits up to four adults comfortably for a short stay. It has all been remodeled except for the lovely vintage cabin panelling in the living room. There is no dining room but a small apartment size table in the living room for meals. The bedrooms both have queen size memory foam beds The Tv is Direct tv satellite tv. The yard is fully fenced for your pets. Parking is off street and can accommodate two cars. A washer and dryer is included for laundry. There is an air-conditioner in the living room for your comfort. At the front entrance of the house are two 24/7 outside security cameras for safety purposes and are checked at check in and again at check out. The kitchen is also equipped with a Keurig for your morning cup of coffee and a full set of cookware and utensils. There is no dishwasher so dishes will have to be washed by hand. A microwave is also available. This is a no smoking property. 2 TWO dogs are allowed and no pet fee but please be honest and follow the rules( See House Rules) .Cats are not allowed at all. Dogs must be crated if left alone inside the house. For those who have animal allergies, be aware that though the house is thoroughly sanitized after each guest, we cannot guarantee there will be no pet allergens in the house. This house is located in an alleyway but once you book , specific directions will be given to you. This house is perfect for an overnight stay or a few nights to explore Elko and Lamoille\Ruby Mountains. There are lots of different sites to see in Elko including the California Trail Center, Cowboy Museum, the Western Folklore Center (Home of Cowboy Poetry), and the Northeastern Nevada Museum. We also have some great local restaurants- Luciano's, The Star, Machis, Oogi Deli, Odehs, and McAdoos. (Hidden by Airbnb) these to find out their specialties!! The front door has a digital keypad. You will be provided with your own personal lock code. Parking is in front of the house . There is enough room for two cars. It can look a bit different but the neighbors are great and because it is off the street , it is quiet. car The fireplace stove will provide all the heat you need . However , there is a space heater in one of the bedroom closets should you need it. A video is taken of the house before and after each guests stay. This is done for customer satisfaction. Please note there are 2 safety cameras at the front door outside. They are checked at check in and again at check out. Please be aware of that.
