Private Basement Apartment with separate and private entrance in a quiet and residential Long Island neighborhood. Our space is recently renovated and new to Airbnb! We are right off of the southern state parkway, and minutes away from the Wantagh parkway and the NY 135 Expressway. Great location for Bethpage golfers and for Jones beach! We are on the LIRR Babylon line which is a quick and easy 46 minute trip to NYC. For our guest’s health and peace of mind, we are taking extra precautions to disinfect and sterilize the apartment between each reservation. The space was recently renovated including the beautifull new kitchen space. The living room is spacious and filled with light. The bedroom is private and quiet with a very large closet. Fun facts: - Private entrance so you can come & go as you please. Key stored in the lockbox and code will be provided day of checkin. - 42" TV with Verizon cable service including Netflix and HBOMax available for your use. - Strong WiFi, password provided upon checkin in your welcome book. - Desk with charging station for electronics. - Keurig with coffee pods, tea, and hot chocolate. - Beach chairs and towels are provided for the beach. -Ample storage space in our garage to store golf bags if needed. -We are a corner property, so there is TONS of parking. - Our neighbors are quiet and absolute pleasures. About us: We are two fun loving accountants working remotely upstairs on the first floor. In the rare occasion you hear noise during your stay, it will either be from our pets playing upstairs or us doing laundry on our side of the basement. We have had no complaints thus far :). The apartment is 100% private with no shared spaces. If you need anything at all during your stay, please don't be shy! We are always available upstairs and happy to help! We are in a quiet residential area on Long Island. Close to absolutely everything by car!! Beach, golf course, railroad, shopping, grocery stores, you name it! We are .4 mile walk to the Margaritas Cafe on Wantagh avenue and less than a mile walk to several great shopping centers in the area. We are on the Babylon Line of the Long Island Railroad, which is a quick 6-8 minute drive from the apartment (2.5miles). We are also right off the southern state parkway which is super convenient, and one exit away from both the Wantagh parkway and the 135. Uber & Lyft are both available in the area.
