Welcome to the Tree House!! This two story cottage is a 4 minute walk to Sam-o-Set Park and Beach (with a public boat launch) and a 5 minute walk to Good Times Party Store. The Tree House features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first floor living space has a twin daybed with a twin trundle for additional sleeping. The open concept kitchen and great room is on the second floor and it has amazing light and ample seating for family meals and game nights. Enjoy your evenings on the deck or roast marshmallows over a bonfire at the fire pit. We love the knotty pine wood throughout this cottage and the layout is perfect for entertaining. Two levels gives you privacy with plenty of space for quiet time in the various hang out spots.
