All reservation holders are required to simply submit a photo ID to the Airbnb platform. A simple verification procedure is required during check-in by local safety regulations. A three-bedroom, four-bed home for you and your family to spread out or watch the latest movies/episodes together in. This is a newly renovated, new flooring and new kitchen amenities. This home has free coffee options available. Cute home-town community featuring fun playground parks nearby. All pictures shown are areas of the full house guests have private and exclusive access to the entire visit. This includes the main floor and upstairs floor with three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, and kitchen areas. I am very reasonable and personable and would love to get to know about people and what they do, but unless requested I will be giving you space to enjoy the home! The neighborhood is a residential neighborhood and is exceptionally safe and quiet. There is plenty of parking along the street and three parking spaces behind the home. (6 car maximum near home) The laundry machines are accessed via a separate, outside entrance and you need to ask to get access to the shared basement. Upon guest registration, you must certify that this is not the permanent residence of anyone staying.
