The entire cottage is yours to enjoy, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, 3 outdoor living spaces including an outdoor shower and fully equipped and updated kitchen and available WIFI. Built in 2004 this Victorian style cottage is bright and roomy and clean with 3 bedroom 3 full bathrooms, living area with TV (with streaming services only) kitchen with stainless appliances. 3 outdoor living space. 1. Screened room with gas fire table and lots of seating. 2. Uncovered deck overlooking a large wooded area perfect for bird watching . 3. Lower level has covered stone patio with seating area, outdoor shower and storage of 2 kayaks available. Tandem bike is located on front porch for use buy our guest (liability waiver required to be signed before usage of kayaks and bike). Your host is available via text or cell Belle is located in a private area of only 18 other cottages and has walking trails, private roads, Kayak dock and a community swimming pool. The area is very wooded but has a great paved access system with plenty of private parking for each cottage Belle is a short drive or bike ride to the town center of Irvington where local restaurant are available.
