A SPACIOUS OUTDOOR MAGICAL NATURE SPACE No noise, pure nature. Located on the outskirts of LA, it's a perfect place to host a variety of events --- from hosting a birthday get together to hosting beautiful weddings or even just a small family get together. Located in Val Verde ( which is it's own little valley ) on a family run farm. Amenities include electricity, running water with a sink, a portapotty that's regular cleaned, 1 fire pits, 1 chimney and a pizza oven. BASE PRICE is $1,000 ( up to 16 guests ) but price subject to change depending on number of guests. Everywhere except for the house on the property and other buildings. Other Things to Note: - Wifi is available and password will be listed at location - We currently have a portapotty that's regularly cleaned - We have running water and a sink to wash hands and other things etc. - Lights are included along with electricity - We have a BOSE speaker thats available to rent when requested. $40 dollars for the day - Dogs are allowed. - Fires are allowed but must be watched closely. Wood will be provided as well.
