The Kitchen comes complete with leathered granite countertops, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, Gas Range/Oven, Microwave, and Stainless Steel Fridge/Freezer all brand new in 2021. The kitchen comes fully stocked with Pots, Pans, Silverware, knife set, utensils, Baking Sheets, Salt, Pepper, oil, casserole dishes, Keurig Coffee Maker, Traditional Drip Coffee Pot, Waffle maker, etc. The dining area is fitted with a locally sourced Live Edge Pine Table built by the Amish in Lancaster County with 6 seats. The Home is built into the river hills along a quiet peaceful road. Traffic is at a minimum where only locals who live nearby use this road. There is a lower and an upper parking area for at least 6 or more vehicles. There is no garage/basement access as this is used for storage. There are multiple options for restaurants, bars, food delivery etc in the area.
