New to the market as of 07/2020; Soco. offers guest beautiful aerial views of both the river and mountains. Dont be suprised to see deer roaming at dusk. SoCo has a great area for our guest to "post up" with river chairs & enjoy the festivities as others float by. We are located 1 mile from the end of the traditional float. Southern Comfort offers "a little something for everyone" Underneath Cabin Parking, Screened Porch Underneath Cabin, Game Room with Foosball and Shuffle Board, Fire Pit, Fire Place, Fire Wood Provided. An Pellet, Gas & Charcoal Grill located on upper deck. All cooking devices one might need to prepare a feast... Cookware, Serving Dishes, Blender, Food Chopper, Banking Pans, Glass Casserole Dishes, Cleaning Supplies. Guest will access information once booked. A gate code to enter the gated community, as well as a digital code to enter the house. We are available during your stay! We feel that an open line of communication is what guest have truly appreciated, so we welcome guest to text, call or message on app! We are always open help make your time at the cabin effortless and with much ease This area is within a gated community. This property is located directly on the water with beautiful area views. A concrete walkway has been laid to give guest better access to the river. Both Rentals & Property Owners located within area. Please follow listed speed limits and NO ATVS ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED BY OWNER. Parking is located underneath the cabin. Cabin has exterior lighting underneath cabin and along steps to the entrance of cabin. Screened porch located below, lights are just inside the door.
