You will feel at home in your own apartment that is located in the walkout basement of my home. This spacious apartment has it's own entrance in a wonderful neighborhood. It boasts a kitchen with DW, fridge, induction cooktop, microwave convection oven with a full complement of cookware needs. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room area has a full size futon. There is a washer and dryer for just your use. There is WiFi, Netflix, and Amazon Prime on the smart TV with Cable. Although it is a walk out basement, (Only one side completely below the first level), it has two large sliding doors, 2 large windows and a small window in the living room offering plenty of light. The entrance is located by walking down the side of the house and entering through the key locked slider. The apartment is professionally cleaned between guests and you have the option of no contact check in and check out. You have your own apartment and the under deck patio to yourself. As the apartment is part of my home, I am available for any questions or concerned most of the time or reachable via my cell when I'm away from home. I respect your privacy so I'm not intrusive. It is very convenient to Philadelphia, 25 minutes away and it is only 50 minutes to the NJ Shore and Atlantic City. The Lindenwold train station, that goes into Philly is less than a mile away. Any guests staying past midnight need to be on the reservation. This is a smoke free rental inside and outside the property.
