Arhaus 2 is on the first floor. All utilities included plenty of parking, two cars on the backside of the house, and two on the driveway side. Guest allowed to access the entire apartment # 2 I always roll out the red carpet for my guests. I would be your standby host and always available for your service. Although the home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, there are few famous bars Charles, El Rocco, the Bun, and others within walking distance. There are many restaurants, the famous Red Peppers a few blocks from the house, a gas station, and many more. Arhaus will give you a sense of feeling welcome home. Public transportation available and accessible to catch a bus within a minute's walk. Additionally, Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available. Within five minutes, you can locate one - easy to find the location. The property has a swimming pool; however, it is not functional at this time. We are working to put it together by the end of the winter by spring 2021. We recently acquired this real estate and added it to our portfolio.
