My husband Philip and I spent a year lovingly restoring this historic property in our hometown. Our favourite space is the kitchen, with custom cabinets crafted from local butternut. It's a great space to cook, hang out, & enjoy the morning sun. The living room has a working fireplace for those chilly nights, adjoining a cozy parlour packed with our favourite books we've collected over the years. The enclosed front porch is where we've spent many evenings, enjoying the sunset along the river. The house is just a short walk from the main business district, and the walking trail is easily accessed just down the street. It provides a great 3.5km loop for evening walks or morning runs along the river. We share a driveway with our neighbour, and our side has room for comfortably parking 3 vehicles. We don't live in the area but if you need anything please message us, we can also easily have family pop by to help out. The house is located in St George, which is conveniently positioned 15 min from New River Beach, 25 min from St Andrews by-the-sea, 30 min to the US border, and 40 min from the city Saint John.
