There is A/C and heating. *******In the winter you will most likely need a AWD/4x4 vehicle to get to the location****** Must bring your own firewood, bedding, bath towels, charcoal for the grill. You may see deer, raccoons, squirrels, mice, chipmunks The river is located downtown about 2 miles away. Take advantage of kayaking and floating the river on hot days.
