We are located 2 blocks from the water, 2 miles from Rockport Beach, 1 mile from Historic Downtown Rockport shops, 1.5 miles from public fishing pier. We are dog friendly, so bring them along and take them to enjoy the dog beach 2 miles away. Fenced yard. See the informational binder for suggestions of places to visit and eat. Our upper deck and lower deck offer variety of outdoor seating along with a grill and a firepit for you to enjoy morning coffee or evening beverage of choice and meals. Inside our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house you will find ample room to spread out and relax after a fun filled day. There are separate entrances for each floor that provides plenty of privacy. Sleeps 8. The 1st floor has a fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, a day bed with trundle bed (2 twins), 1 queen bed, full bathroom, smart tv, washer and dryer. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms each with queen beds, full bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and smart tv.
