We hardly ever get in the car accept to take grandbabies to Seaworld, Safari, Legoland and our World Famous Zoo, and whale watching watching, which is all about a 20 to 25 minute drive away. Solana beach is a small beach town, nestled between Del Mar and Encinitas in north San Diego County. Voted best Beach town Travel & Leisure. Our complex is gated and smaller than most with 2 large, side by side gated underground parking spaces, close to our condo. (90 steps away if you are short) It is quieter than most complexes as there are some part time owners and guests. No smoking inside or outside in balcony or complex. No parties. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8:30 am. We like to respect our neighbors. If you are looking for noisy, partying, this is not the complex or place for you. If you are looking for serene, peaceful, not as crowded beaches, complex, than this is the place for you! We have the best of both worlds with second story views with entry level at sidewalk level. No stairs to get to condo or in condo (unless you chose to walk over one step on the pond and waterfall bridge). The waterfall sounds are right in front of our condo and you can see and hear it while front door is open, (enjoy new secure screen door for more ventilation and light) at kitchen sink and the guest bedroom can hear the soothing sounds as well. Our front porch bench is great to sit at in the am to get your daily dose of Vitamin D. Nice and sunny and warm in am in front. Afternoon sun and endless sunsets will be on the large 23X6 foot balcony with new sectional couch, (sits 5 to 6), outdoor rugs, ottoman and dining table and four chairs. Solar candles for those romantic evenings. You won’t want to leave this beautiful, comfortable outdoor space! The master bedroom has ocean front views. Curl up on the comfy chaise lounge and listen and see the ocean from our large sliding glass door onto the deck from master bedroom. High end bedding and mattress, several different kinds of pillows for better sleep, blankets, throw pillows, bench for luggage, luggage racks, large dresser and 58 inch new flat screen TV with Netflix, Discovery Plus, Disney Plus, cable and Wi-Fi. 2 closets, chair and end tables. New chic chandelier with hidden ceiling fan in master and dining room new 2021. Living room has high end large sectional with 4, yes 4 power recliners with power adjustable neck and feet to relax in style. The whole family will fit! Built in books shelves, with some books and games when it occasionally isn't great weather. New electric fireplace with remote, new FP surround up to ceiling tile and adjustable 58 inch smart TV. New beachy mantle as well. There is also a desk with cell phone or IPad charger, mouse pad and chair in case you have to work or staycation. Dining room table for six, 4 bar stools and wine refrigerator, bar, between kitchen and living room. Large open great room. Views to ocean from most areas of condo. Guest bedroom has queen bed with high end mattress, sheets, pillows, blankets, and twin bunk beds to sleep the whole family. We also have a Pack N Play for the little ones and booster seat. Smart TV with Netflix, Disney and Discovery plus, and cable on ALL TV's. (No MORE THAN 6 GUESTS AT ANY ONE TIME ALLOWED IN THE CONDO PER HOA) Guest bedroom has 2 luggage racks and shoe, clothes shelves, small laundry basket in closet. We supply 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrella, beach towels, beach blanket, 3 boogie boards, 1 skiff to slide across the sand, 4 adult tennis rackets and 2 children rackets, balls, ping pong paddles and balls, and beach toys. Snacks, wine, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamers, shampoo, cream rinse, body wash, blow dryer, curling iron, straightener, provided. Some condiments such as ketchup, mayonnaise, honey, syrup, olive oil, peanut butter, jelly, spices, aluminum foil, storage bags. There are also a couple of yoga mats and one set of 10lb weights. Plenty of hooks for towels, heat in bathrooms, USB plugs for phones, throw blankets, candles and many other special touches to make you feel comfortable and at home. For the smaller children we have a Pack n play and booster chair. Let me know if you need anything else and we will try and accommodate you. We come here often to make sure everything is well taken care of and replace and fix the items that are worn or broken. Please let us know upon arrival if you notice anything as we will fix as fast as possible. You will be communicating directly with owner and not a property manager. We like to keep our guests happy and keep coming back. There is a heated, outdoor pool, 2 jacuzzis and 4 renovated tennis courts in Solana Beach and Tennis club. Everything is open. Ping pong table in clubhouse and pool table. We supply ping pong paddles and balls. You have to bring own balls and sticks for pool table. Our kitchen is very well stocked with everything you will need to bake and cook and we supply coffee, tea for our Keurig coffee maker. There is a microwave and toaster oven as well as juicer, blender and outdoor grill. The refrigerator is new in 2020 with front door water filter and ice maker. Direct beach access on south side of our property for easy access to beach. You must have a private, duration code to get into our complex from beach or any of our gates. (New keyless entry 2021)There is also a public beach 2 blocks north with playground and restrooms and no stairs to beach if you don’t want to use closer stairs. Free concert in the park in summer on Thursdays. (Check during COVID) Farmers market across the bridge on 101 in Cedros Design District on Sundays between 12 and 3 pm. There is plenty of street parking and nice little parking lot that is never full right next to our complex on the north side. (Our side) There is an extra automatic blow up queen mattress if your guests, want to spread out in living room and hear the waves. We meet and greet you and show you around as well as make sure you have your favorite beverages in the morning and champagne or wine and snacks for your arrival. We have looked a long time for this pretty gem. It checked all of the boxes. We know you will love it and take care of it as much as we do. 1. Open floor plan 2.
