Guests will have full access to the kitchen with about any utensil you could possibly need. This is where the owners reside when there are no guests so you can be sure it will meet any need you may have. Home sits on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with great neighbors. The property is .35 acres allowing for plenty of outdoor activities in the fenced in yard.Both the upstairs and downstairs living room are equipped with a 55" or 65" 4k TV. Basement living room has an Xbox One with several games available to occupants. There is also a wet bar and ping pong table. The High Trestle Trail can be found only a mile from the house. If you would like to use the grill you will need to let us know in advance, and you will need to clean it after use. There is a refundable $75 deposit required that will be refunded after the stay as long as the grill has been reasonably returned to condition.
