Whole House with separate mother in law suite on the Lake

A refundable deposit is held or you must pay for a waiver. A lovely place on the lake in summer we rent entire house. This is a home that is split into a duplex. One side we have 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The other side is 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Both sides have separate entrances and decks. Enjoy the beautiful view while staying. You have access to entire house and yard except garage with this listing. This listing is for renting both sides. They do not connect. 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, kitchen/living area. 3 decks. Yard and driveway. 7 beds total. All spaces except garage. None Or minimal. Lovely lake community in suburbs of Chicago. Uber or car needed. Train is close by within mile. ID required after booking. Due to changes in community and with the platform We require $1000 deposit or a waiver on check in day for damages and any rule violations. This will be requested on day before check in. If there are no issues after check out it will be sent back through Airbnb. Message for monthly deal. Please Note: We Have ONLY 4 Parking Spaces in driveway. Inquire about additional parking for more vehicles. Cleaning fee includes Amenities fee, lodging tax, and local tax. There may be a gray cat seen on outside of property. Do not let him in. He belongs next door. Deposit required for nightly stay. Pet fee required depending on size and amount. Any unauthorized pets are $300. Our cleaner is allergic so must send a different one. Please disclose any animals. Event fee required for any gatherings such as wedding/ engagement showers, baby showers, family party, graduation, prom send offs etc. Please inquire. This property has exterior cameras only. No interior camera inside the property.
