Unlike most condos on Maui (which count a loft as a bedroom), this condo features two separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom, modern luxury, beautifully decorated and furnished with island style in mind. The primary master suite has a king size bed, portable AC unit, flat screen TV, walk-shower, and direct access to the private covered lanai. The secondary master suite comes with 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king size bed, portable AC unit, walk-in shower, and beautiful barn doors that give you the option of complete privacy or keep it open to the living/dining area. The living room has a modern queen size sofa sleeper with high quality memory foam mattress for restful sleep (no bar in the back)! All rooms have blinds that darken nicely if guests desire to sleep in. There is a 6-person dining room table, and the condo has enough silverware and plate settings for 6 people. The main living area are air conditioned. There are high quality ceiling fans to distribute the cool air in each room. Right off the main living area you can take in beautiful views of the ocean and mountains while you sit and enjoy the cross breeze from your lanai that comes with a patio set for 6 people. We provide our guests: iron, ironing board, hairdryers in all bathrooms, hotel-quality towels and linen, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach wagon, and an umbrella. This condo is the perfect home away from home – even comes with its own reserved covered parking spot! The condo is handicap friendly with an elevator, wide doorways, and no carpeting so it is easy to get around in a wheelchair. On-site amenities include a private in-ground pool surrounded by lush gardens, poolside gazebo/dining area, barbeque area, covered parking and elevators for accessibility. It’s conveniently located across the popular Kamaole III Beach Park and minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and specialty shops/services: including the luxury Shops of Wailea, as well as various upscale dining options at the nearby Wailea resorts. TIP: If you would like to travel with your little one but don't want to bring a pack-n-play or highchair (or anything else you may need) - no worries! Maui has affordable daily rental options for anything you may need. I recommend googling "Maui Baby Rentals" - they have a TON of stuff (car seats, strollers, gear for the beach, toys, cribs, baby furniture, + more!). Some places will even deliver and pick up for you!
